What is door to door storage?
i-StoreGo is a full-service storage provider that aims to improve access to storage facilities for urban residence facing issues with clutter and looking for a convenient way to store their belongings.
About us?
i-StoreGo is a storage provider that focuses on offering a variety of storage solutions aimed towards helping our customers conveniently start storing their belongings at affordable prices. The goal is to provide our customers a seamless storage and management experience all through your computer or mobile device.
What storage services do we offer?
  • ByItem – Ideal for storing small items that will fit inside our boxes.
  • BySize – Ideal for storing larger items such as furniture.
What are the roles and responsibilities of i-StoreGo?
i-Store Go is responsible for packing, moving, storing customers belongings as well as maintaining them in a safe clean environment for the storage duration. We are also responsible for safely returning your belongings back to you when you no longer wish to use our services.
What are the roles and responsibilities of the Customer?
As a customer you are responsible for reserving your storage unit as well as managing your storage units, appointments and payments through our website.
What are the benefits of using i-StoreGo's services?
The benefits of using door to door storage is that it offers you a convenient way of storing your belongings without needing to travel to the storage facility. You can easily book and manage your storage from the comforts of your home.
Can I visit the storage facility?
Due to security concerns, only our staff and logistic partners accompanied by our staff are permitted to access the storage facility. Door to door service means that you don’t need to access the storage facility. If you would like to see the facility, we can however send you some images.
How secure is your storage facility?
Our storage facilities are fitted with live CCTV feed that is on 24hrs and will have a security guard present. Access to the facility requires special access control which only a few staff members will have. The facility comes with temperature control, good ventilation, fire alarms, automatic sprinkler systems and will be cleaned twice a week to reduce the chance of dust buildup.
Does the facility have fire protection?
Our facilities are equipped with a suite of fire protection measures, smoke detectors, fire alarms, automatic sprinkler systems and fire extinguishers. All equipment will be checked annually as required by law.
How are items stored in the facility?
We use an open floor plan where we segment each storage space into their own section. Each item that enters or facility will be given a unique ID to be easily tracked. If using our BySize service, we will section out a portion of our facility depending on the size you have chosen. If you are using ByItem service, we store your items on shelving units.
Who are the movers?
We have our own moving and logistic teams. For certain storage sizes we will be using a moving partner to help us.
What is covered under the insurance policy?
Each storage option comes with complimentary insurance that will cover losses and damage to your property whilst in transit or whilst stored in our facility. Please note that it does not cover against damages caused by natural disasters.
If my items are damaged, how do I claim for damages?
If any of your items have been damaged, please contact support@i-storego.com and provide us with the following information

  • First and last name
  • Date
  • ID located on the box / Order ID
  • A description of your damaged belongings
  • Contact details (phone, email)
How do you store my credit card information?
To ensure the highest levels of security, i-StoreGo does not store your credit card information. We partnered with a payment processing company, 2C2P that encrypts and stores your data.
How does billing work?
All first-time orders are required to pay in advance. After your initial contract ends we will send you a payment gateway that will allow us to automatically bill your account on a month-to-month basis up until you cancel your storage contract. The billing date starts on either the day we drop off the storage boxes at your address (ByItem) or on moving day (BySize).
How do I change my billing information?
To update your card information, login to your i-StoreGo account and click on the Billing Information tab. Here you can change your card information and set the which card you want us to bill monthly.
Can I get a refund?
In the event where you wish to terminate your contract early, you will not be eligible to receive the difference in service fee in accordance with our terms and conditions. You will only be eligible to receive a refund in storage credit in the event where you are downsizing your storage unit or have reserved more boxes than you need. The storage credit can be used towards your monthly payments.
Cancelling or terminating my storage contract
You can terminate or cancel your contract through your My Accounts page on our website. Please note that you will not receive a refund for cancelling early. In the case that you are getting billed monthly, make sure to cancel or terminate your contract before the next billing date and to schedule to have your belongings returned to you within 7 days after the upcoming billing date.
Once I cancel my contract when will I receive my belongings back?
When you cancel your contract, we can return your belonging back to you as fast as 48 hours. To avoid getting billed for the next month, make sure to schedule the return of your belongings 7 days after your next billing date.
Where is the service available?
i-StoreGo currently only operates in Bangkok. Customer can check if we support your location by clicking here.
When the website is not usable, how do I login to MyAccount?
Firstly, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience. If this happens, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to solve the problem as fast as possible. If you need to make an appointment or can your contract just mention it to our staff and we can process the request on your behalf.

What is ByItem storage?
Our ByItem storage service allows you to easily store small belongings using our storage box types (standard box, wardrobe, or document box). We remove the stressful parts of storage (packing, doing the heavy lifting, hauling, and dealing with self storage companies) with a seamless full-service experience.
Who should use the ByItem service?
ByItem storage is ideal for people living in small to medium-sized condos who are looking to store declutter and reorganize their homes.
What items can I store with ByItem storage?
You can store items such as clothing, seasonal items, books, electronic devices, photo albums, documents, basically anything that can fit inside our box that does not exceed 20kg. If you wish to store fragile items such as glass or China, make sure that you properly pack them as we do not take responsibility if these types of items break. Here is a list of items that we do not permit you to store.

Standard box (60cm X 40cm X 37cm) can fit approximately: 12 pairs of shoes, or 10 shirts and 10 sweaters.
How it work
Steps for reserving your boxes
  • Choose your box type
  • Choose your appointment date & time as well as accept the terms and conditions. Make sure to specify whether you want same-day moving or have our movers come back on a different day.
  • Make the payment (3-month upfront minimum)
  • We will contact you to confirm your order and answer any questions or concerns
Steps for returning your belongings
  • Login to your i-StoreGo account
  • Select the items you want returned
  • Select the date and time for your appointment, making sure to also select the delivery type. You can either choose same day delivery where our movers will wait 20 minutes for you or different day delivery.
  • Make the payment for delivery. There is a 200-baht flat fee with each box costing an additional 50 baht.
  • We will contact you to confirm your appointment.
Preparing for the scheduled appointment
  • You are responsible for packing your belongings into the box.
  • After packing make sure to take a top-down photo of your box to be uploaded to your i-StoreGo account. This will make it easier for you to manage your belongings. Use the provided cable tie to secure your box and record the unique ID found on the cable ties.
  • When we are dropping off the box, please make sure that you are present or have someone that can sign on your behalf.
What is the minimum storage duration?
For ByItem, the minimum storage duration is 3 months. At the end of the 3-months, we will automatically switch your account to a month-by-month recurring payment.
When will my contract start?
Your contract will start the day we drop off the boxes at your address. If you are storing oversized items, the contract will start on the day we pick up your belongings.
How do I extend my contract?
You don’t have to. Once your initial 3-months or selected contract ends, our system will automatically switch your contract to a month-by-month recurring payment where we will charge the credit card on the billing date.
How do I cancel my contract?
If you wish to cancel your contract, you can do so in your i-StoreGo account. First login and select the box(s) you no longer wish to store with us, and press cancel contract. Make sure that you schedule the return of your belongings within 7 days after your billing date to avoid being charged for an additional month.
Do you offer Insurance?
We provide a complimentary 3,000 baht insurance per box/item which covers damages whilst in transit or stored at our facility. Fragile items such as glass and China are not covered. If you are storing fragile items, please make sure they are wrapped properly and carefully packed.

Note: Natural disasters such as flooding, and earthquakes are not covered under the insurance.

What’s included in the price?
The price includes the storage cost, first round of box drop off and pickup and the final return of your boxes when you decide to end your contract. Prices however do not include the return of your boxes during the contract. There is a 200-baht flat fee for the first box with 50 baht added for every additional box.
How much does it cost to deliver the boxes back to me?
We charge a flat fee of 200 baht for the first box with an additional 50 baht added for every additional box.
Payment method
We currently only accept credit and debit card payments. You can read our terms and conditions here
Are there any additional payments I need to make to end my contract?
No. When you decide to end your contract, we will return your belongings back to you free of charge. Make sure to end your contract before the billing date and schedule your appointment within 7 days after your billing date to avoid getting charged for the next month. (i.e. if your billing date is on the 10th, all your belongings must be returned by the 17th).
How do I enter my promotion code?
On the order summary page, there will be a section where you can enter your code
If the storage box is damaged when in my procession, what happens?
If the storage boxes are damaged or lost when in your possession, you will be responsible for covering the cost of a new box.
I ordered too many boxes. Can I get them refunded?
At i-StoreGo you’re only billed for what you use. If you ordered more boxes than you need, you can return the unused boxes and the difference will go towards your next bill. If you end up needing more boxes, please make a separate order through our website.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes! You can reschedule or cancel your appointment with no penalty if you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling or cancelling your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice will cause you to forfeit your appointment fee.
Can I reschedule more than 2 times?
If you reschedule your appointment more than 2 times, you will be subjected to a cancellation fee of 200 baht + 50 baht for every box. Essentially you will be forfeiting the delivery payment you have made.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, we are more than happy to return your belongings to you at a different address if it is still within our area of operation.
Can I get my belongings returned to me within 24 hours?

Can I change my credit card information?
Certainly! You can change your billing information in your i-StoreGo account under the billing section of your i-StoreGo account.
Can you issue me a withholding tax form?
If you require a withholding tax form, please contact support@i-storego.com and we’ll get it sorted for you.
If I cancel my contract early can I get a refund for the remaining months?
Unfortunately, as stated in the terms and conditions if you cancel your contract prematurely, you will not receive a refund.
Can I cancel my contract after I have received the boxes?
You can cancel your contract before storing it with us however, we will not be able to provide you with a refund.

What are the customers responsibilities on moving day?
The customer is responsible for packing the items into the box, locking the box with the provided cable tie. Before handing the box over to our staff, you should also check that the box is completely sealed and there is no damage.
How do I prepare for my pickup appointment?
  • Make sure that your box is properly sealed and is within the weight limit.
  • Take a top-down view photo of your box. It will be used to manage your box(s) once in storage
  • Use the cable tie provided to seal the box. Each cable tie has a unique ID and is used to prevent any tampering.
Note: If you are storing fragile items such as glass, please make sure to properly pack to prevent damage.
How do I keep track of my belongings once in storage?
To easily manage items, we recommend that you take a top view photo of your packed box and then upload the image(s) to the corresponding box ID on your i-StoreGo account. You can also add a description for each box you have stored with us.
What is the max weight for each box?
The maximum weight that we allowed is 20kg for our standard box and 15kg for our remaining box types. Our moving team moves a lot of boxes every day and for that reason, we need to prevent them from injury. What we suggest is you mix and match heavier items with lighter items to ensure that it doesn’t get too heavy for our team to carry them.
Can I use my own boxes to store with you?
Unfortunately, due to the way our warehousing system works we are not able to accommodate outside boxes at this time.
Can you help me pack my belongings?
The team is more than happy to help you carry and give you packing advice but due to working on a tight schedule the moving team cannot help you pack belongings into the box.
Can you help me pack the boxes?
We are more than happy to provide you with packing advice but due to the limited time we allocate to each appointment, unfortunately unable to pack for you.
How long will the moving team wait for me to pack/unpack?
Our moving team can wait up to 20 minutes for you to pack and/or unpack your boxes. Due to a tight schedule our moving team in unable to wait past the allotted 20 minutes which is why we ask that you have your storage items organized beforehand.
Can I add/remove items from my box during my contract?
It is company policy not to open customer’s box. If you would like to add or remove an item, we would deliver the entire box to you.
Will you open my box?
We will never open your box unless you have given us explicit permission to open it or if we are bound by legal requirements. Each box will be closed with a cable tie that has a unique ID, for your own safety we suggest that you record this number.
How can I be sure you won’t open my box whilst in transit or in storage?
Each box will come with 2 cable ties, they will have a unique ID which used to prevent tampering. We suggest that you record each ID.
Pickup and delivery
What is Box Drop Off?
Box Drop off is when our team drops off the boxes at your address. Only you the customer or a representative will be able to receive the box from our moving team.
How do I cancel my contract?
Firstly thank you for using our service! If you wish to end your contract, you can log into your i-StoreGo account, select the boxes you want to cancel and press end contract.
After receiving my boxes, when does the contract start?
Your contract will start on the day we deliver the empty boxes to your address. To get the best value we recommend that you have your belongings ready to pack.
Can I rent your boxes but keep them at home?
We don’t see why not. Once we deliver the empty boxes to your address, your contract will start. It’s up to you whether you want to keep it at home or store it with us.
I want to end my contract. How do I make an appointment to have my belonging returned to me?
Once you decide to cancel your contract, you will have 7 days after your billing date to schedule your free drop off. If you go past the 7 days, our system will automatically bill you for the next month. For special cases please contact support@i-storego.com.
If I only need an item inside of my box, can you remove it and send it to me?
To ensure the upmost safety of your belongings we will never open your box without you being present. If you need a particular item from your box, we will drop off your box and you can remove the item. Our driver can wait 20 minutes for you to unpack/pack.
How do I get my belongings back?
If you wish to have your belongings returned to you whilst still in contract. Sign-in to your i-StoreGo account, select the items you want to have returned, and press schedule appointment. It will take us a minimum of 24 hours to return your belongings but if you require your belongings returned ASAP please contact us at support@i-storego.com. Return fees start at 200 baht for the first box and 50 baht for each additional box.
Do I need to be present to receive the box?
You don’t need to be present to receive the box. However, we do require a signature as proof of delivery so please make sure that someone is able to sign for the boxes.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
You can reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice by logging into your i-StoreGo account, selecting your appointment and press reschedule. If you reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will forfeit the amount paid and will need to schedule a new appointment.
Can I have my boxes returned to a different address?
You can change your address as long as it is still in our area of operation.
I have canceled my contract but I'm not available to receive it?
To avoid getting billed for an additional month, make sure that you have your boxes returned back to you within 7 days of your billing date.
I have cancelled my contract, when can I expect to have my belongings returned to me?
The fastest we can return your boxes back to you is 24 hours from requesting to end your contract.
After I canceled my contract do I need to go pick it up myself or will you return it back to me?
Once you decide to end your contract, we will deliver your belongings back to you free of charge. After ending your contract, you will have 7 days after your current billing cycle to schedule a return date. If you take more than 7 days, our systems will automatically bill you for an additional month.

ABOUT I-STOREGO BYSIZE
What is BySize Service?
BySize service is a door to door one-stop storage service where we pack, move, store and return your belongings. The service is designed for larger items such as furniture and other large items. We provide a complimentary on-site survey of your belongings where our team can recommend the best storage size.
Who is BySize storage suitable for?
BySize is best suited for people looking for longer term storage (6 months minimum). Think of it as an extension of your home where you can get items back anytime you want and easily place items into storage without needing to waste time driving or dealing with moving companies.
What types of items can I store?
You can pretty much store anything as long as it’s not illegal, explosive materials, flammable materials and perishables. Typically, our customers store household furniture, seasonal items and items that have sentimental value to them.

Not sure what storage size you need?
You can use the proprietary Calcumate storage estimator through our website. We also offer free on-site survey of your belongings where our team of professional cam recommend that storage size that best suits your storage needs.

Note: Calcumate provides an estimate and may not be 100% accurate. To receive the best possible recommendation, we suggest that you allow us to survey your belongings.
What is the minimum storage duration?
There is a 6-month minimum storage duration
When will my contract start?
Your contract will start on moving day.
When will I get billed?
We require an upfront payment to reserve your storage space, this will run the length of your selected storage duration. Once you have completed your storage duration, our system will automatically switch your account to a month-to-month basis and will bill your credit card very month up until you cancel your contract.
How do I extend my contract?
After completing your initial storage duration, our system will automatically charge your credit card on a monthly basis. We will continue to charge your credit card up until you decide to cancel your contract.
Do you provide insurance for my belongings?
We will provide each BySize storage contract with a complimentary 20,000 baht insurance. The insurance covers losses and damage to your property whilst in transit or stored at our facility. It however does not cover against damaged caused by natural disasters such as flooding and earthquakes.
How do I cancel my contract?
You can cancel your contract by logging into your i-StoreGo account and cancel the storage space you want to cancel. Make sure to cancel your contract before the next billing date and schedule the returned of your belongings within 7 days after the billing date to avoid being charged for an additional month.

Price with NO Packing
If you choose not to add the additional packing service, please make sure that all your belongings and furniture is ready to be loaded to our moving van. If your furniture does not fit through doors or elevator, make sure it is already disassembled when we arrive. We are always happy to assist you during moving day to provide a smooth and stress-free experience.

What are your approved payment methods?
We currently on accept credit card and debit card payments. You can read of privacy policy here.
Are there any additional payments that I must make?
There are no additional payments that need to be made. The price already includes the moving cost, packing cost (if selected) and the cost of returning the items back to you at the end of your contract.
I need to downgrade my storage size. Do I get a refund?
If you would like to reduce your storage size, we are more than welcome to do that for you. The difference in pricing will be put towards your next billing What we will do for you instead is to offer you storage credit that you can use when extending your contract.
How do I use my promotion code?
You can enter your promotion code in the below the order summary in the checkout section.
Can I reschedule my appointment date or time?
You can reschedule your appointment date or time with no penalty if you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. We allow you to reschedule a maximum of 2 times.
How many times can I reschedule my appointment?
You can reschedule your appointment twice before we will charge you a penalty fee of 200 baht.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, you can change your delivery address. If your new address is within our area of operation (Bangkok) there is no additional delivery fees however if the address is outside our area of operation there may be some additional transportation charges.
I need my belongings returned to me ASAP. Do you offer express delivery?
Typically, it takes 48 hours to 72 hours to arrange the moving team to deliver or pickup your belongings. However, for special cases we do offer express service but we will need to charge an additional 30%.

Can I change my billing information?
Certainly! You can change your card information through your i-StoreGo account by going the Billing information section and adding your new credit card information.
Do you provide tax invoice?
If you need a tax invoice created please contact support@i-storego.com.
If I want to cancel my contract before the end of the storage duration can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for early contract termination.
What if I have already paid and want to cancel my order. Can I get a refund?
If you wish to cancel your contract after you have paid, we will take a 10% penalty fee that will go towards covering VAT and admin fees.
PICKUP & DELIVERY
What do I need to do to prepare for moving day?
To ensure a smooth moving day, we will require you to:

  • Notify your building and reserve a parking space for our moving team
  • If you have items that may not fit in the elevator, please notify our team so we can come and survey.
  • If you have packed fragile items and are not sure if you have done it right, we would be more than happy to help.
  • If you have chosen no additional packing, make sure that all your belongings are packed, sealed and labeled so that once our team arrives, we can get to work right away.
  • If you have chosen our additional packing assistance, mark the items you want packed so our team can get to work right away.
How do you ensure the safety of my belongings?
Before handing your belongings to our staff we recommend that you do a final check the condition of your belongings. During the moving process you can be confident in our ability to professionally move and store your belongings in a safe manner.
How do I keep track of the items I have stored with you?
We recommend that you take a picture of your furniture, and top-down picture of your opened boxes to keep as a record. Our team will also keep a record of every item that you plan to store with us and provide you with a copy.
Are there any restriction on weight and size?
We don’t have any weight or size restriction but if there are items that are particularly heavy 40kg+ or items that won’t fit through a door, elevator or in a normal sized van please notify us so we can plan accordingly. We recommend that you contact us to survey your belongings to be able to best prepare for moving day. You can contact us at support@i-storego.com to schedule a survey.
Can I store motorized vehicles such as motorcycles or scooters?
Yes, we can accommodate your motorcycle in our storage unit but please remove any engine oil, petrol and also notify our staff at support@i-storego.com so we can prepare the right tools to secure your vehicle.
I am not free to supervise on moving day. Do I need to be present?
You don’t need to be present during moving day as we understand that you may be busy. However, we do require someone to sign and approve the inventory checklist once we have completed packing. This can be anyone that you have appointed.
Can I add/remove/return items from my storage space?
Yes, we would be more than happy to add/remove items from your storage space. However, please note that there will be some additional payments as in contract deliveries are not included in the price.

I want to end my contract and have all my belongings returned to me.
If you no longer wish to continue using our storage services, sign into your i-StoreGo account and press cancel contract. If you wish to end your contact, please make sure to do so before your next billing date.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
If you rescheduled your appointment with at least 48-hour notice there will not be a cancellation fee. If you need to reschedule with less than 48-hour notice, you will need to pay a 200 baht fine.
Can I have my belongings return to a different address?
Certainly, we can have your belongings return to a different address for no additional cost as long as it is still in our area of operation (Bangkok). For delivering to addresses outside off of Bangkok, please contact us.

I’ve just ended my contract. How long do I have to schedule the return of my belongings?
Please make sure that you schedule the return of your belongings within 7 days after the billing date. If you take more than the allotted 7 days our system will automatically charge you for the month.
Do I need to retrieve my belongings myself after I cancel my contract?
No. As part of our door-to-door service, we will return your belongings back to you. This is already included in the price so there is no additional charge.
The movers are late what should I do?
We are very sorry about that. We do our best to ensure that our movers arrive at your address before the appointment time but from time to time we may be a little late due to delays from previous appointments. If this happens to you please contact us at

Can you ship my belongings overseas?
Unfortunately, we still don’t have the capability of shipping your belongings overseas but it is a feature that we are working to implement in the future.
