Pack
i-StoreGo Bangkok moving and Bangkok storage team are available to help pack, and load your belongings onto our trucks.

We’ll store your belongings at our warehouse. You can track your belongings stored at our facility by logging into your i-StoreGo account.
Return
We’ll return your belongings back to you with as little as 48 hours notice. Returns are available Monday - Sunday 9am - 5pm

What is BYSIZE Door To Door Storage?
BYSIZE service is a door to storage service where we pack, move, store and return your belongings. The service is designed for larger items such as furniture and other large items. We provide a complimentary on-site survey of your belongings where our team can recommend the best storage size.
What types of items can I store?
You can pretty much store anything as long as it’s not illegal, explosive materials, flammable materials and perishables. Typically, our customers store household furniture, seasonal items and items that have sentimental value to them.
What is the minimum storage duration?
There is a 6-month minimum storage duration
Who is BYSIZE storage suitable for?
BYSIZE is best suited for people looking for longer term storage (6 months minimum). Think of it as an extension of your home where you can get items back anytime you want and easily place items into storage without needing to waste time driving or dealing with moving companies.
I need to downgrade my storage size. Do I get a refund?
If you would like to reduce your storage size, we are more than welcome to do that for you. The difference in pricing will be put towards your next billing What we will do for you instead is to offer you storage credit that you can use when extending your contract.
Do you provide insurance for my belongings?
We will provide each BYSIZE storage contract with a complimentary 20,000 baht insurance. The insurance covers losses and damage to your property whilst in transit or stored at our facility. It however does not cover against damaged caused by natural disasters such as flooding and earthquakes.
